- About the Author

Sean Anthony Thomas is a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in the State of New York and the President of Be More Today, a fitness company geared toward educating and inspiring others to always stay on the move. A native of Harlem, NY, Sean grew up in the Hudson Valley where he went to Tuxedo Park School. He later graduated from Choate Rosemary Hall in 1999.

Sean graduated in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Brown University in Providence, RI. He received his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from the College of Health-Related Professionals at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2011. While in school, he and his team won the research award for their work on the Trans-Theoretical Model of Change, the foundation of this book.

Sean is an avid lover of life and aspires to Be More each day by trying new experiences and facing new fears. He runs marathons, Spartan races, and continues to dance with the same energy he started dancing with in church at ten years old. Sean resides in Brooklyn, NY, with his wife, Hemangi Pai and daughter, Sonali.
